Finishing Touchwax
Touchwax Finishing Wax is a protective coating that shields the paintwork from the elements. It doesn't remove scratches, but it does conceal traces of leaks or other dirt present in the paint.
It can therefore be considered as a topcoat to apply when your paintwork is already in good condition, or in case of light soiling.
Schoonschip Finishing Touchwax is designed for boats, caravans, and cars. It restores a like-new shine to your paintwork, polyester, and plastics and leaves a durable protective layer that prevents contaminants from adhering. It leaves no white residue on rubber and black plastics. Easy to apply and remove, it can be used by hand or machine. Suitable for paintwork, plastics, polyester, chrome, and stainless steel. It eliminates black water stains, surface scratches, oxidation, and atmospheric pollution. Silicone-free, Finishing Touchwax is heat-resistant, weatherproof, and water-repellent.
Instructions for use
- Remove all dirt and old wax residue from the surface with, for example, the Multicleaner, Super Cleaner or Power Cleaner from Schoonschip.
- Next, apply a little Schoonschip Finishing Touchwax to a damp cloth.
- Rub the surface using a polishing motion until all dirt is removed.
- Allow to dry until a white layer appears.
- Then buff with a dry wool cloth. The surface will begin to shine.
The finishing wax can also be applied using a polisher. It can be used in both sun and shade, in hot or cold weather.
